Each order is carefully prepared before shipping.

  • Most items are produced and ready to ship within ~2 business days.
  • Specialty pieces such as wall art, embroidered apparel, shoes, or jewelry may take 3–7 business days.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend slightly.

U.S. Shipping Options

  • Saver Shipping — 5–8 business days — $6.99 (economy option for smaller orders)
  • Standard Shipping — 3–4 business days — $8.50 (orders $56–$75.99) / $10.50 (orders $76–$99.99)
  • Free Shipping — 3–4 business days — Free for orders $100+ (applied at checkout)
  • Express Upgrade — 1–2 business days — $19.95 (optional upgrade)

*Transit time begins after fulfillment. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or U.S. holidays. 828 Creations is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier disruptions.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

  • UK — Standard International 6–12 business days — $9.95 (Express $24.95)
  • Canada — Standard International 6–12 business days — $14.95 (Express $29.95)
  • Australia / New Zealand — Standard International 7–14 business days — $13.95 (Express $27.95)

International orders may be subject to VAT, GST/HST, customs duties, or carrier handling fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not collected by 828 Creations and are payable upon delivery.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Checkout automatically displays an estimated delivery window based on our fulfillment time (about 2 business days) plus carrier transit times. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can shift during busy seasons or carrier issues. Multiple-item orders may ship separately to ensure faster arrival.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. If tracking shows “not found,” the carrier hasn’t scanned the parcel yet—data usually updates within 24 hours. If your estimated arrival date has passed, contact us at support@828creations.biz and we’ll assist.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

We understand how stressful lost packages can be. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, 828 Creations cannot cancel or refund items lost in transit or marked as “delivered” by the carrier. We will help you file a carrier claim; resolutions may take up to 30 days. Every order includes shipping insurance, and most carriers reimburse confirmed lost or stolen parcels.

If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package:

  1. Check safe areas around your property (porch, back door, etc.).
  2. Ask household members or neighbors.
  3. Wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes scan early.
  4. Contact your local post office or visit USPS Where Is My Package?
  5. If unresolved, email support@828creations.biz.

Returned to Sender / Incorrect Address

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses will be refunded minus shipping fees once received.
  • If an undeliverable order is not returned, it may be donated per carrier policy.
  • 828 Creations is not responsible for packages redirected or forwarded after dispatch.

Peak Seasons & Holidays

During major holidays or promotional events, both production and delivery may take longer. Please order early to ensure on-time arrival for gifts.

How long does my order take?

Do you ship worldwide?


Yes — we currently ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

How can I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin preparing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once placed. If you need help, email support@828creations.biz as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.

What materials do you use?

We select premium materials—such as 100% cotton, soft fleece, and durable blends—depending on the item. Each product page includes fabric details and fit notes.

How do I care for my items?

For long-lasting wear:

  • Apparel: Wash inside-out in cold water, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
  • Hats & accessories: Spot-clean with a damp cloth.
  • Wall art: Dust lightly with a microfiber cloth.
  • Shoes: Wipe gently with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash.

Do you consider sustainability or ethical production?


We work with trusted partners and produce thoughtfully to reduce waste. Our goal is quality pieces you’ll reach for often.

Do you offer personalized or custom designs?

Do you offer gift cards?


Yes! We offer digital gift cards delivered by email — perfect for last-minute blessings or sending love from afar.

Can I add a gift message?


Yes! When you choose “Send as a Gift,” you can enter the recipient’s email, name, and a personal message. Your note will be included in the digital Gift Card email they receive. We’re also working on customizing our Gift Card emails with an uplifting Scripture to bless every recipient.

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Is checkout secure?


Absolutely. Our store uses encrypted SSL protection and trusted payment processors.

What is your return or exchange policy?


Because each piece is prepared just for you, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right. Contact us at support@828creations.biz.
